Why I chose funeral directing
Having grown up in a family funeral business, I have always understood the importance of caring for people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. I chose funeral directing because I wanted to continue that tradition of compassionate care, helping families with honesty, empathy and professionalism while ensuring every person is remembered with dignity and respect.
My favourite part of helping families
The most rewarding part of my role is helping families feel supported during a time that can often feel overwhelming. Whether it's guiding someone through the first steps after a bereavement, creating a meaningful and personal funeral, or simply being there to answer questions, I take pride in making a difficult journey a little easier and ensuring every family feels listened to, cared for and never alone.
